MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2008) - Hydrogenics Corporation (TSX:HYG)(NASDAQ:HYGS), today announced it has received orders from customers in Asia, Eastern Europe and South America with an aggregate value of $6.8 million. The HySTAT hydrogen generation systems will be used to deliver high purity hydrogen onsite for metallurgical processing, glass manufacturing and generator cooling. These orders are anticipated to be delivered within a twelve month period.
